Crescent Cars was formed in 2002 by Co-Directors  David knowles, keith O'Brien and Adrian Allerton.

We operate from a new and modern office from which allows to manage our customers transport requirements in a swift and efficient manner. We offer a wide range of services at highly competitive prices and as a result we have an ever increasing and diverse customer base.

Amongst our fleet of vehicles we have cars ranging from our luxury Vauxhall Omega saloons with DVD players fitted in the back, Estate cars, 6 and 7 seater vehicles and also our wheel chair accesible vehicle. Child seats will be supplied on request Crescent Cars is commited to providing an excellent taxi service to all our customers.

We ensure that our drivers are properly trained and all have taken an advanced driving course. All our drivers wear shirt and tie . Our vehicles are properly maintained and serviced regulary to ensure our customers have a safe and hassle free journey. All  drivers are licenced by the High Peak Borough Council.

Insurance:
All our vehicles are fully insured and we also carry a separate public liability insurance.

Licensing:
High Peak Borough Council will only licence drivers who have passed a doctors medical, and they also carry out police criminal record checks. The taxi driver licence is renewed every three years. 

All our drivers must comply with these requirements and checks.

Vehicle Compliancy:
High Peak Borough Council has a strict vehicle compliance test which all our vehicles comply with. Every vehicle is tested every 6 months regardless of the vehicle age.
